Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information collected by Terrapass. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a transparent process for submitting and managing your requests.
Important Request Information
- Only one request may be submitted per form.
- If you are requesting disclosure of the personal information collected about you, you must complete and submit a signed and notarized Declaration Form along with your request.
- Requests that do not include the required documentation may experience delays in processing.
- Verification of your identity is required to help protect your personal information and ensure requests are processed securely.
Submitting Your Request
You may submit your CPRA request online, by phone, or by mail. If you complete your request by phone, you are still responsible for submitting all required supporting documents.

You will need to download the Declaration Form and include the Declaration Form with your request form. The Declaration Form must be notarized.

Response Time
Terrapass will review and respond to verified requests within the timeframe required under applicable California privacy laws. In certain cases, additional time may be needed depending on the complexity or volume of requests received.
